Villa has 3 ground-floor,double-room and end-to-end apartments (35 sqm each) which are always clean and tidy. Each apartment has its own entrance. Thanks to the sea breeze it is so cool that you don’t need an A/C (although there is one). There is a bathroom, TV, A/C, refrigerator, kitchenette, table with chairs in the paved veranda and deck chairs at the beach.
Our Villa is situated right over the sea. The beach is sandy and pebbly, ideal for swimming, fishing, water-skiing and many other maritime activities.
The proximity of the sea is a very big deal for those who have fishing boats and sailing boats as they can fish or sail any time they wish.
The surrounding place is about 1000 sqm and it is used as parking of the villa. It is also a place for children to play and have some rest under the shadow of the age-long trees. The olive-trees, osiers (basket willows), marram grass, fruit-bearing trees, along with the sea breeze, offer you fresh air and serenity.
Around Villa, at a distance of up to 100 m., there are tavernas, restaurants, markets, greengroceries, meat shops, bakeries, pizzerias, cafeterias, a church, a community clinic, a scuba diving school, etc.
Although that the villa is in the village of Nikiana, it is calm. It is below the main road, but it overlooks the beach which is as peaceful as a private one. It is an elevated ground-floor villa with paved ramps leading to each apartment and to the beach for persons with disabilites. It is so close to the sea that you fall asleep hearing the lulling sound of waves.
